+ Determines the human need required to maintain the company
mission, vision and values and carries out the hiring processes within this
framework.
+ Creates and implements an orientation program that eases the adaptation
of new employees to their jobs and to the company.
+ Determines the internal and external training needs of the company to
further the technical and personal development of the staff and implements
them.
+ Prepares the human resources procedures and forms required to inform the
staff of company practices and operations and conducts personnel/employee
procedures.
+ Prepares the job description of all positions within the framework of
the Performance Management System (PMS).
+ Consults the company staff and supports the implementation of PMS practices.
+ Prepares various statistical information data relative to staff.
+ Recruits and organizes high school and university interns as needed.
+ Organizes events that increase motivation.
+ Carries out various HR projects.
+ Acting with the belief that each member of the management team must
also function as a HR manager and to further this concept within the
corporation, the HR department communicates information about HR
activities, on-going work, and meetings with all managers.
